The Double Shaft Mixer includes an Anchor agitator and a High Speed Disperser.

The dispersing disc in the middle rotates at a high speed and has a high linearvelocity, which rapidly dissolves the powder in liquid and prevents them fromagglomeration.

The anchor feeds product into the high speed disperser blade andensures that the mixture is constantly in motion.

The anchor with scrapers removematerials from the interior vessel walls to enhance the mixing efficiency.

Bothagitators are available for variable speed operation.
